We also offer e-mediation as a cost effective tool that allows parents to remain in the comfort of their own home.

After 15 years working in small business management, Tracey completed studies as a Nationally Accredited Mediator in 2013.

Her experience in the mediation field developed in the North West of Western Australia in regional and remote locations conducting restorative justice dispute resolution. It was here that her desire to engage in further study developed to increase her knowledge, skills and service delivery.

Tracey has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) to assist separated parents in improving their communication skills, develop parenting plans and negotiate property agreements. As an accredited FDR practitioner, Tracey is supported by the Attorney-General's Department to assist separated families in resolving problems out of the court.

Conflict management and mediation has continued to be a passion of Tracey's to give people a voice, to be heard and to identify realistic solutions that can improve their future path. As a specialist in complex matters Tracey embraces the challenge of working with parents to achieve positive outcomes.

Tracey is a Professional Member of the Resolution Institute, Mediation Institute and Australian Mediation Association. She has been named a Business Leader of the Year finalist in the Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce Inc. Business of the Year Awards.
